Section 19 - Building Block Sets

Building block sets may occasionally contain missing pieces due to manufacturing or packing errors. If this occurs, we offer a free replacement parts service for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

You agree to contact us for replacement parts before requesting a return due to missing pieces. Where replacement parts are available and offered, a return or refund request may not be eligible for a refund.
