Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Items should be unused, unassembled, with all original parts, bags, and packaging included.

Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. If you discover a manufacturing defect after use, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will arrange a free return and provide either a replacement or a full refund where appropriate, in accordance with UK consumer rights.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about an item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.
In these cases, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
The item must be returned unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all parts included.
Building Block Sets
Building block sets must be returned unused and unassembled, with all original parts, bags, and packaging included. Internal bags must remain sealed and the item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
Sets that have been assembled, used, or opened may not be eligible for return. Where a returned item cannot be resold as new, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund to reflect the reduced value of the item.
If you discover missing pieces within 60 days of purchase, please contact us and we will provide replacement parts free of charge so you can complete your build.
Non Returnable Items
Items that have been assembled, show signs of use, are damaged, or are returned without their original parts, bags, or packaging may only be eligible for a partial refund.
We also do not accept returns on custom or personalised products, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we received and approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@playbuddy.co.uk.
